Fathers For Equality was created when a black owned family business (Ideal Barber Group, Inc), decided to bring members of the community together and make an impact. We are hopeful that this singular moment will help further the agenda for equality. We all have to continue fighting for solutions that will change society and make the world a safe place our children.
