We work hard to be the most punctual and precise barbershop you have ever been to... but we need your help! Please take a moment to review our policies below.

The Ideal Standards

 

·       Each patron will arrive for their scheduled appointment with clean and dry hair and ready to receive services.

·       Each patron will notify their Barber in the event that their arrival will be delayed (please double check travel times to ensure you arrive on time). Failure to communicate delays prior to your scheduled arrival may result in additional fees or removal from schedule.

 

Ideal Barbershop Appointment Policies:

1.     Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

2.     If you arrive with any heavy products, including gel or grease in your hair, your service price may increase to account for a shampoo or your requested service may be adjusted.

3.     There is a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled full-service appointments. After 15-minutes or without communication of a delayed arrival prior to your appointment time, you will be serviced as a walk-in based on Barber availability. You will be assessed a $20 fee in addition to your service for a missed appointment. This is non-negotiable.

4.     There is a standard 10-minute grace period for a scheduled line up appointment.  After 10 minutes or without communication of a delayed arrival prior to your appointment time, you will be serviced as a walk-in based on Barber availability. You will be assessed a $10 fee in addition to your service for a missed appointment. This is non-negotiable.

5.     All patrons are strongly encouraged to book all appointments via the scheduling app. All verbal appointments made with an individual barber will be treated as a walk-in

6.     All cancelations require at least 1-hour notice prior to your appointment to avoid being accessed cancellations fees.

7.     Rescheduling or cancelling can be done via your confirmation email/text message that you received when you scheduled your appointment. You can also reschedule or cancel from the reminder text or email.

8.     When rescheduling or cancelling an appointment do not book the new appointment until you have canceled the first one.

9.     Abuse of the Ideal Barbershop appointment policy could result in additional fees or appointment restrictions up to and including refusal to provide services.

10.   By booking an appointment at Ideal barbershop you agree to adhere to all policies stated above.
